We enjoyed our stay in a Deluxe Double Room. The beds were super comfy, perfect for a family. Breakfast included plant milk for us vegans, which was a nice touch! The pool and spa facilities were great to unwind after exploring. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I faced significant disappointment with the spa facilities. The jacuzzi, which I was looking forward to, was cold and not functioning correctly, and I had to repeatedly request assistance for it. the pool area felt unclean and poorly maintained, casting doubt on the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.

We had three rooms set up perfectly for our family, and the showers were lovely after a long day. The indoor pool and sauna were great spots to unwind, adding to our relaxation. The only downside was that the bar menu was kind of limited, but we still enjoyed our stay overall. 😊

what a stunning looking hotel! the entrance was beautiful and the staff were brill. the room was lovely and got cleaned everyday which was great. also, the location was super convenient for sightseeing! loved the breakfast too, just wished they had a lunch/dinner menu.
